THE COLD THOUGHTS
The River of the Mind: A Climate of Thought
The mind is not a static pond; it is a living river, and its waters are governed by an internal climate that shifts without warning. Just as the earth faces a changing atmosphere, our inner world experiences seasons of clarity and storms of shadow.

Its health is the greatest work of art we can protect it.
The Lightning Strike •The Flash of Emotion
Suddenly, the climate shifts into a tempest. This is the Lightning of the Mood—sharp, electric, and unpredictable.
The Flash: A sudden spark of anger, a bolt of realization, or a jagged streak of anxiety that illuminates the dark water for a split second.
The Thunder: The echoing "after-noise" of an emotional outburst. It shakes the ground of your focus, making it hard to hear anything else.

PLANTING
2020
The ocean floor, once a vibrant tapestry of life, has fallen into a ghostly slumber. The corals are bleached white, and the sea plants—the lungs of the deep—have turned a bruised, sickly grey. But above them, a strange and beautiful phenomenon begins to descend: The Melting Ceramic Clouds.
These are not clouds of vapor, but drifting, fluid sculptures of porcelain-smooth light. As they "melt" into the water, they carry the cure for the ailing deep.

The Weeping Reef:
A Restoration of Color
The Sick Sea Plants
The State of the Deep: Massive kelp forests have lost their emerald glow, standing brittle and translucent like frosted glass.
The Fragility: The seafloor feels like cold ceramic—beautiful in its stillness, but dangerously fragile and devoid of the "pulse" of a healthy ecosystem.
The Mission: We act as the gardeners of the abyss. To restore the colour is to restore the life.
The Ceramic Clouds Descend
As the heavy, iridescent clouds sink from the surface, they don’t dissolve; they flow like liquid pottery.
The Texture: Imagine glossy, kiln-fired whites marbled with veins of gold and cobalt.
The Interaction: When a "drop" from a melting cloud touches a grey sea plant, a chemical reaction occurs. The ceramic drip wraps around the stem like a protective glaze, infusing it with heat and nutrients.
The Restoration of Color
As we guide the clouds to the sickest parts of the reef, the transformation begins:
Neon Infusion: Where the melting clouds touch the plants, vibrant magentas, deep teals, and electric oranges bleed back into the leaves.
The Living Glaze: The plants take on a "ceramic" sheen—stronger, resilient, and glowing with an internal bioluminescent light.
The Return of Life: Small fish begin to weave through the newly colored fronds, drawn to the warmth of the restoration.

BOTTOM ROCK
2020
The Wash: Sometimes a storm is necessary to clear out the debris. The rain falls hard, the river rises, and it carries away the "sick plants" of old, stagnant thoughts.
The Vision: This is a world of "Hard Beauty." By looking after these delicate underwater structures and meeting the melting clouds halfway, we turn a graveyard of grey into a masterpiece of living, breathing porcelain art.

THE RAIN
The Wash: Sometimes a storm is necessary to clear out the debris. The rain falls hard, the river rises, and it carries away the "sick plants" of old, stagnant thoughts.
We cannot control the weather, and we cannot always control the mood of the river. We can only learn to be better sailors—navigating the sunny days with gratitude and anchoring deep when the lightning begins to strike.
